EXPERIENCE
Full-time · Ages 18–29 · College Credit
- Internship + Northwest University coursework, earning college credit toward your degree
- ~8–12 counted internship hours/week across one of five ministry areas (Worship, Production, Youth, Kids, Outreach/Missions)
- Sunday church attendance required
- Runs on the academic year (Sept–May)
- Optional: continue serving through the summer with our Summer Internship
FLEX
For Working Professionals · College Credit (Internship Optional)
- Northwest University coursework on your own schedule
- Internship optional — students who complete it can also earn internship credit; those who don't focus solely on coursework
- No fixed weekly hour requirement — built around your existing job/school schedule
- Optional: continue serving through the summer with our Summer Internship
RESIDENCY
Full-time · No College Credit
- Internship + required coursework, without NWU college credit
- ~20 counted internship hours/week across one of five ministry areas
- Sunday church attendance required
- Runs 12 months (Sept–Aug) — a full year of immersive ministry training
- Same retreats, conference trips, mission trips, and student life experiences as Experience & Flex
