THE WIN
Create a comfortable environment and incredible first impression for guests by offering a safe, easy parking experience with a high-energy welcome and clear directions.
THE BASICS
Set-up
- Arrive 1 hour before the gathering
- Check-in to receive all required equipment
- 1 Vest
- 1 Lanyard
- 1 Radio with earpiece
- 1 Directional Wand
- 1 Umbrella (if weather requires)
- Use the provided signage map to place all A-frames and banners around the campus prior to guest arrival
During
- Stand in the assigned area ready to wave and greet guests as they drive onto the campus
- Offer assistance to any guest who may need it (i.e. carrying a diaper bag, getting out of their vehicle, ect)
- Remain in the lot until 30 mins after gathering has started
- If serving at the second gathering, return to the lot during the gathering’s reflection time and assist with vehicle exit for 15 mins after dismissal
Clean-up
- Return all A-frame and banners to their designated storage area in the backroom
- Return all personal equipment

TEAM GUIDLINES

2. Check-in at the designated team area to receive required credentials/ equipment.
3. Parking team members should wear the provided ministry lanyard and vest at all times and utilize light wands when it is dark. Part of creating a comfortable
environment is being easily recognizable to our guests.
4. Greet guests by smiling and attempting to genuinely connect with them through their windshield..
5. Clearly direct guests to available parking spots or into the building.
6. If driving a golf cart, actively move throughout your lot and constantly look for guests who you can give a ride..
7. Stay in your assigned area until the message begins. Our team can’t be successful without every member!.
8. Refrain from eating, drinking, or using your phone while serving.
9. Return your cart to its designated location.
10. Report any accidents to your Team Leader.
11. If you will miss your opportunity to serve, please inform your team leader.
